As a marathon runner with a penchant for exquisite dining experiences, I appreciated the attention to detail in both taste and presentation.One morning, I opted for the "Your Suite Success Grab & Go" bag for a quick start to my day. The thoughtfully curated selection of items provided me with the fuel needed for my morning run along the nearby river trails. It was a convenient and satisfying option for someone always on the go.For dinner, I ventured out to explore the nearby family restaurants and stumbled upon Prairie Bay. The cozy ambiance paired perfectly with their delicious farm-to-table dishes, showcasing the region's fresh flavors. Christmas Point was another gem I discovered, offering a unique culinary experience with a variety of delectable options.Despite the proximity of fast-food joints like Arby's and Pizza Ranch, I found myself drawn to the more upscale dining establishments like Grizzly's Wood-Fired Grill. It was a delightful change of pace from the standard fare.While the breakfast at the lodge wasn't exceptional, with rubbery hard-boiled eggs and a limited selection, the local favorites like Cherry Berry Self Serve Yogurt Bar and Starbucks offered more appealing alternatives for a morning pick-me-up. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow food enthusiasts looking to indulge in a truly savory experience during their travels.
